I see so many books on the website, do you really have such a large inventory?

Geulah Supplies is different than most seforim websites as we do keep a small inventory of a few popular products, however, being a small operation, we cannot stock all of the thousands of products listed on our web site. We strive to offer you the largest selection of seforim in the world (at competitive pricing), however, in order to do this, we first take your order and then bring them in afterwards.

How long does it take until my order is ready for pickup or to ship?

As mentioned above, while we would love to have a huge warehouse, for most items, we only bring in the products after you place the orders. As you can imagine, it would be difficult to ship the same day in these circumstances. Keeping in mind that we import our seforim on demand, while transparent to you, it would only make sense to do so in quantity, the time to have your order here depends on how many seforim we have to order from a particular distributor or publisher. Typically speaking, we order from most of our suppliers every 2-3 weeks, this would vary depending on quantity of orders processed. If you would like to inquire about a specific sefer or publisher, feel free to send a WhatsApp message or give us a call at 1-647-478-7487, you may be pleasantly surprised.

How much will shipping cost me to XyZ?

As we strive to provide you with the largest selection of seforim online, as mentioned above, we physically have in stock all the items, and as such, we don't always know the product weights. As such, it would be difficult to have a computer calculate the shipping costs without the product weight information. We are working with publishers and distributors to provide this information, and working to estimate numbers for what we don't have, however, as Geulah.ca is new, this information is not immediately available from everyone. We do want to ensure you that we are teamed up with 2 very competitive shipping resellers as well as having competitive rates with UPS, can offer competitive shipping rates. How can I pay for my order?

When your order is placed, you have the option to select Credit Card, eTransfer or Cheque. If you select Credit card, we will pre-authorize your card (you are not charged at this point) in order to ensure that the funds are available. Charges will only be made when your products are ready for pickup or shipping. The reason for this is that we want to ensure that all your products are available before you are charged. Credit card charges will show up under the name of our parent company "CO4 Computing Inc", please keep this in mind when reviewing your card statement. If you prefer to pay by etransfer, please use the email address provided, and use your bank's interac etransfer option, the email address provided has auto-deposit enabled, will show our parent company "CO4 COMPUTING" and WILL NOT NEED A PASSWORD. Cheque payment option is for pickup only.
