Based on a brilliant 1896 manuscript by the fifth Rebbe of Chabad, Rabbi Sholom Dovber Schneersohn, this book sheds light on one of life’s greatest enigmas-human suffering. Through a meticulous didactic, the book presents a highly sophisticated approach to our understanding of G-d, how He engages with us human beings and why He allows us to struggle. It opens our eyes to uncover the dazzling light and extraordinary opportunity that lies behind our sorrows. In order to make the book’s paradigm shift of our perception of reality more palatable, it has been divided into thirty ‘Days of Reading’, at twenty minutes each day. Each "Day" is followed by a "Call to Action" to help apply the deep spiritual concepts learned in our daily lives. This book has been written as a study guide to the Ma'amar V'yodato - Moskva (Moscow) 1896 of the Rebbe Rashab, Rabbi Sholom Dovber Schneersohn, Fifth Rebbe of Chabad Lubavitch. The intention is for the student to study the original ma'amar in Hebrew or English together with the explanations and commentary of the author.
